Workshop description This workshop provides an introduction to several concepts and techniques used in the Six-Sigma system. The workshop an intensive eight-hour experience of special interest to those in charge of improving productivity and to organizations seeking to remain competitive in today’s worldwide manufacturing arena. The workshop demonstrates the concepts, tools, and techniques of statistical process control. Attendees will actively participate in case studies and chart construction exercises.
