charge of improving productivity and to organizations seeking to remain competitive in today’s worldwide manufacturing arena.
- The workshop demonstrates the concepts, tools, and techniques of statistical process control.
- Attendees will actively participate in case studies and chart construction exercises.
Workshop duration Eight hours + follow-up sessions
Prerequisites It is not necessary to be an engineer or have a strong statistical background to benefit from this workshop. Participants who are not familiar with basic data collection methods should attend our Data Collection Workshop before attending this workshop.
