Description
Participants will learn fundamental principles of data collection and analysis used in total quality and Six-Sigma projects. The concepts developed in this workshop can be used to spot problems, analyze system performance, and document improvement. The workshop is highly interactive and demands active participation of all attendants. Lectures are fully complemented by simulation games, problems, and case studies.
